About the Summer Session
- The Agnes Irwin
Summer Session is a coeducational,
enrichment program featuring arts,
academics and athletics.
- Students may enroll
in individual classes or
participate in the Full-Day Program.
- All classes are
taught by professional artists,
instructors or teachers. Class size is limited
in order to meet the individual needs of each
student. Varied activities allow students to attend
any number of weeks without concern for
sequence.
- Most classrooms are
air-conditioned.
Dress is casual.
- Reports for all
academic courses (Reading,
Math and Courses for Credit) will be mailed
home at the end of the session for students
enrolled for at least three weeks. There are no Parent-Teacher conferences;
you may contact the Director at anytime should you have any questions.
- All grade designations refer to the grade a
student will enter in Fall 2010.
- Late Pickup Fees
will be assessed for students who are
not picked up 15 minutes past the
completion of their schedule. At
that time, students will be returned to the office and
late fees of $15.00 for every 15
minutes late will accrue.
- The Summer Session
Office is staffed from
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Students are permitted on campus only when they are attending a class.
Tuition and Refund Policy
- A nonrefundable deposit is required with
the registration form on pages 22:
- $ 115/student Part-Time
Program; $ 475/student for the Full-Day
Program.
- Full payment for all weeks is
expected by June 1, 2010.
- No classes will be
held on July 5, and Week 4
will not be prorated.
- Optional School Lunch plan
is $30/week.
- There will be an
additional $10 charge for each
class or schedule change after the third transation.
- We regret that after June 1, we cannot refund
money for class changes or for absences due to a change in plans, family
vacation or illness. Makeup classes are not available.
- If insufficient
enrollment requires the cancellation
of a course, all deposits and fees associated with that class will be
refunded.
